Potentate Mike Autry will host the annual golf tournament to raise funds for our hospitals September 27th .The tournament will be held at Durham Lakes Golf and Country Club and will be a captains choice,

There will be a shotgun start at 10:00 am.

The entry fee for a team of four players is $ 500.00.

Corporate Sponsors are $ 250.00.

Hole Sponsors are $ 100.00.
Peach State Truck Centers, Inc. is the sponsor for the hole in one. The prize is a 2010 Ford F 250 fully loaded pickup.
